Spectacular tourism promotion event for Zhejiang in Spain, highlighting cultural fusion and flawless organization
Haike managed every aspect of the tourism promotion event for Zhejiang Province in Spain—from venue selection to execution and coordination. We produced and installed all necessary materials and provided auditorium services, furniture rental, and technical equipment.
Our work included public relations management, inviting representatives from the Chinese Embassy, the Madrid City Council, and VIPs from both China and Spain. We ensured effective communication with Chinese and Spanish media outlets.
The event featured performances blending flamenco with traditional Chinese instruments, and a fashion show with designs by a Chinese designer and Spanish models. The presentation was bilingual (Chinese and Spanish), with hostesses from both cultures and talented Chinese calligraphers offering personalized gifts to guests. A cocktail reception followed, offering a fusion of Chinese and Spanish flavors.
This event not only showcased the beauty and tourism appeal of Zhejiang, but also celebrated the rich cultural fusion, strengthening ties between China and Spain.
