Coordination, translation, and bilingual presentation of Hubei’s tourism promotion event, with cultural adaptation for the Spanish audience.
Under the theme “Zhiyin Hubei, Majestic Yangtze,” the event was organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Hubei Province, with support from the Chinese Embassy in Spain, the China Cultural Center in Madrid, and the China National Tourist Office in Madrid.
Haike was responsible for the full coordination of the event, including translation of the official program and bilingual (Chinese-Spanish) presentation, with communication tailored to resonate with the Spanish audience.
Beyond the institutional segment, the event featured a vibrant showcase of Hubei’s traditional culture, including tea tastings, displays of traditional costumes, and hands-on activities such as dough figurine crafting—sparking strong interest and active participation from attendees.
Our involvement ensured the smooth execution of the event while adding cultural and emotional value, fostering deeper understanding of Hubei as a unique and attractive travel destination.
