Proyecto de hermanamiento y colaboración entre Castro del Río (España) y Liangshan (China) para fomentar el comercio de olivos y aceite de oliva.
Haike led a twinning and cooperation project between Castro del Río (Córdoba, Spain) and Liangshan (Sichuan, China), aimed at introducing the Chinese community to the olive mills of Castro del Río and facilitating mutually beneficial trade agreements.
First, we organized a delegation of entrepreneurs from Castro del Río, accompanied by the mayor, to visit China and present investment opportunities and olive-related projects. Upon their return, we welcomed a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs from the sector, fostering collaboration between both countries.
We hosted the first “International Olive Forum between China and Spain” with the support of the Chinese Embassy in Spain. During the event, we carried out various activities such as olive harvesting and oil production, sharing the entire process on our social media platforms to raise awareness among Chinese audiences.
Thanks to these efforts, over 200,000 Chinese people learned not only about olive oil extraction but also about the remarkable work carried out daily in Castro del Río.
