Comprehensive coordination of the largest Chinese cultural fair in Alicante, featuring bilingual presentations, institutional protocol, and two days of artistic programming.
Our company had the honor of participating in the organization and coordination of the 2025 Chinese Temple Fair in Alicante, the most prominent Chinese New Year celebration in the province. Over two consecutive days, we designed and managed the bilingual (Chinese-Spanish) presentation script, coordinated with the organizing committee, and handled protocol arrangements for invited authorities.
The event was attended by distinguished institutional figures, including Ms. Pilar Montes Torregrosa, Director General of the Cabinet Secretariat of the President of the Generalitat Valenciana; Mr. Antonio Peral Villar, Councilor of the Popular Party in the Alicante City Council; and Mr. Qiu Jiansheng, President of the Association for Chinese Integration and Assistance.
The fair featured a diverse program of traditional Chinese performances, cultural exhibitions, and interactive activities, attracting over 10,000 visitors. It was a flawless demonstration of intercultural collaboration, logistical professionalism, and excellence in event production.
